By accessing and using the Blue Zoo Intranet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available only to authorised employees and contractors of Blue Zoo with valid organisational accounts. Access is granted at the discretion of the organisation.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Blue Zoo and other users
• Not upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service. However, by posting content, you grant Blue Zoo a licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service as necessary for its operation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by Blue Zoo, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blue Zoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
